Trauma
TF-CBT is used to help clients process and heal from traumatic experiences. This evidence-based approach combines cognitive behavioral techniques with trauma sensitive interventions to address the emotional and psychological impact of trauma.

Severe Mental Illness
CBT and DBT are effective tools for treating severe mental illness. CBT helps clients to identify and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to symptoms and severe living conditions. DBT is effective for clients experiencing intense emotions self-harming behaviors, and severe personality changes. DBT emphasizes building skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and much more.

Women's Issues
Client centered and holistic focused therapy are used to address the emotional and psychological challenges associated with women's reproductive issues and other gender specific conditions. Our approach combines traditional CBT techniques with a holistic focus on the mind-body connection to address stress, anxiety, and depression related to conditions such as infertility, postpartum, menopause, fibroids, endometriosis, polycystic ovaries and more. Client will learn to reframe unhelpful though patterns, develop stress-reduction techniques, and incorporate mindfulness practices.
